The answer is yes they do, the collars are adjustable to fit puppy to adult, if your dog is a bigger kind, we also make XL and XXL so they fit every dog.

Yes, you can wash them, we recommend by hand to keep them longer although some of the material ones can be machine washed on a low setting.
